Started by a scrappy crew in Iaศi who believed recruitment shouldn't require a PhD in complexity. Our Story
Started in 2017 when our founder got rejected by a recruiting agency for being 'overqualified.' Ironic, right? But it sparked something. The realization that recruitment platforms were designed for HR departments, not for the actual humans trying to land jobs or fill positions. We spent 18 months talking to hiring managers, job seekers, even people who hated their recruiting software. Launched in 2019 with a single feature that worked really well instead of 47 features that didn't. Since then we've added genuine improvements based on what our customers actually needed. Today we're used by 167 companies across Romania, Hungary, and Poland.
